Where Flipkart tends to be sharper
Flipkart's own Big Billion Days is historically its strongest event for smartphones and large appliances, categories it has invested in heavily for years through exclusive brand launches and its own private-label appliance lines. Fashion is another Flipkart strength via Myntra, which it owns — Myntra's own End of Reason Sale often beats what the same fashion brands offer on Amazon.
Where Amazon tends to be sharper
Amazon's Great Indian Festival typically leads on electronics accessories, books, and categories where Amazon's own logistics and warehousing scale (Fulfilled by Amazon) let third-party sellers price more aggressively. Amazon also has deeper international-brand relationships for categories like imported electronics and select premium appliances.
